The New York Jets quarterback situation is getting most of the attention in the national spotlight. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have an interesting quarterback situation on their hands as well.

Josh Freeman was at one point thought to be the solution to the Buccaneers quarterback search, but they appear ready to move on. Drafting North Carolina State quarterback Mike Glennon helped fan the flames on the Freeman rumors.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers released their first depth chart of the season. It is technically unofficial but gives some insight to where certain players stand. It is worth nothing that it comes from the media relations staff and not the coaching staff.

From ESPN.com:

"Let’s start with the quarterbacks, because they always draw the most interest. As you would expect, Josh Freeman is listed as the starter. But rookie Mike Glennon is ahead of veteran Dan Orlovsky. I think that’s clearly a sign of things to come."

Mike Glennon has all the tools to be a successful quarterback in the NFL with incredible height, 6’6″, and could wind up being a steal in the third round.
