New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz finally got his paycheck this offseason and he rewarded the team by going deep for a touchdown early in their preseason opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers at Heinz Field.

Cruz was able to burn the Steelers secondary and outrun a number of defensive backs including safeties Troy Polamalu and Ryan Clark on his way to the endzone. Then, the dance was busted out.

Here is the GIF of Victor Cruz’s first salsa of the season that came after he was able to burn William Gay:

We can expect to see Cruz dancing a lot in endzones around the league, but we have to wonder how long it will be until NFL commissioner Roger Goodell decides that these dances are unacceptable. Sure, the dance is a tribute to his grandmother, but it is directed at an opponent. If you can’t even spin a ball, it’s only a matter of time until you can’t shake what your mother gave you.
