So soccer is a silly sport at times but this is definitely unusual in any sport. Apparently an opponent pulled down the pants of his opponent right in front of a referee. While players have been known to do this, amongst other things, to opponents it is unusual for someone to do it so blatantly in front of a refereer.

Chesterfield F.C.’s Gary Roberts is trying to take a free kick and is placing the ball. There is a group of players around him arguing with a referee. That is when Russell Penn of Cheltenham does what a lot of soccer players do and kicks the ball of out the position.

Roberts picks up the ball, clearly frustrated and appears to be bending over to replace the ball but instead pulls down Penn’s pants. The referee mind looks like he has a hand on each of them during this interaction and is definitely touching Penn as his pants get pulled down.

Penn turns around and looks at the referee, pants still down around his knees and in no hurry to pull them up. It looks like all Roberts got was a warning too.
