Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III is being featured in the new issue of GQ Magazine. Amongst the numerous topics covered he author of the column asked questions his nine year-old suggested including: Who is the “scariest defensive player in the league?”

RG3 had an answer.

“I’d have to go in our division: DeMarcus Ware. I don’t ever fear a player, but D Ware, he got me good twice last year. Took my head off.”

RG3 isn’t the only quarterback to suffer that fate at the hands of D-Ware. In his 8 year career he has recorded 111 sacks. Twice he has come within striking distance of the single season sack record with years of 20 and 19.5 sacks.

The Cowboys are shifting from a 3-4 defense to a 4-3 defense that will move Ware from outside linebacker to defensive end. That move will put Ware’s hand in the dirt but might help him to be a better pass rusher. He says it’s already made him faster, so RG3 could have a rougher year ahead of him.
