The Philadelphia Eagles fans get another look at the new and improved Chip Kelly offense on Thursday night when the Eagles welcome the Carolina Panthers to Lincoln Financial Field. There is still plenty of uncertainty surrounding the Philadelphia quarterback competition, but after tonight each quarterback will have two games in the system under their belt and the picture should begin to become clearer.

They will get a solid test against an improving Carolina defense.
