Little League World Series 2013: Grant Holman throws no-hitter against Michigan

The Little League World Series allows us to see some of the most impressive young baseball talent in the world and that was on display Friday afternoon when California took on Michigan at Lamade Stadium in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

California’s pitcher, Grant Holman, was the standout star for the game with his dominating performance on the mound during Eastlake’s 3-0 win over in extra-innings over Michigan.

During the game, Holman was able to pull off a no-hitter that included thirteen strikeouts over 17 innings pitched.

Holman and company will now wait for their next opponent, which will be the winner of Mid-Atlantic vs. Midwest later tonight, on Sunday afternoon.
