After having his trial initially delayed, former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez is finally set to undergo his probably cause hearing today to determine whether or not he will be indicted on murder charges for the death of Odin Lloyd this past June.

If there is no probable cause in the eyes of the judges, then Hernandez will have the first-degree murder charge dropped.

With some of the initial evidence that we have learned from Hernandez’s bail hearing and the surveillance footage that shows Hernandez holding what appears to be the murder weapon, it is hard to imagine an instance where there is no probably cause found.

All signs point to the 23-year-old Hernandez being indicted on his charges today and if that is the case he will be scheduled to face a jury later in the year.

This could be one of the final times that we see Aaron Hernandez out in the public eye before going away for life.
