Week 3 features the most important games of the preseason and for the Chicago Bears that means a trip to Oakland to face off against the Raiders. With starters seeing their most extensive work of the preseason in the third week, we can expect to see Jay Cutler and company doing plenty of work against the Raiders lackluster roster.

Oakland has one of the worst rosters in the league, so for them it is just a chance to see if they will be able to survive most of this season without being embarrassed.
