Philadelphia Eagles at Jacksonville Jaguars: live stream, start time, TV info and more

The Philadelphia Eagles officially named Michael Vick as the director of Chip Kelly’s new offense just in time for the most important game of the preseason for the starters. Philadelphia will be traveling to Jacksonville to take on the Jaguars in a game that should allow them to test out anything they may want to try before the start of the season.
No one expects much from Jacksonville in 2013, and their preseason performance has shown why.
Other than the god awful two-toned helmets, the team has little to offer on their roster.
