People love to make fun of NFL kickers and punters, but every now and then we are given a reason to show some respect and accept the fact that punters are people too. Sure, they may have their tiny facemasks and spend most of the game kicking balls into a net, but there are also those who put in some serious work in the weight room and like to show it off.
Cue New York Giants punter Steve Weatherford, who is apparently the most ripped punter in the NFL.
Weatherford decided to show off his abs in an Instagram picture and the results were stunning:
Damn. You know you are in serious shape when you are so ripped that it looks fake.
If it wasn’t for this photo showing up on Weatherford’s Instagram account, I’d firmly believe that this was a photoshopped picture, but that isn’t the case. Instead, Weatherford is the most ripped punter in the league. He’s also got that nice fake bronzer tan that only body builders can pull off. Well done, Steve.
As for the man beside him, he is a model example of what happens to all of us as we sit and watch the game with our adult beverages and fantasy football teams.
