The Philadelphia Eagles have released 13 players, including outside linebacker Everette Brown, defensive tackle Antonio Dixon, quarterback Dennis Dixon, defensive end David King, quarterback G.J. Kinne, guard Matt Kopa, wide receiver Ifeanyi Momah, wide receiver Will Murphy, center Dallas Reynolds, outside linebacker Adrian Robinson, guard Matt Tennant, cornerback Trevard Lindley with an injury settlement and placed defensive end Joe Kruger on injured reserve.

The most notable cut was Brown, who had actually impressed in training camp:

Robinson was also an interesting cut after the Eagles acquired him from the Pittsburgh Steelers in exchange for running back Felix Jones. He was not really in the Steelers’ plans, buried on the depth chart at outside linebacker by rookie Jarvis Jones’ arrival. Robinson did see action on special teams last season, but he finished the year without a tackle.
