Teams spent Saturday cutting down their roster to the final 53-men, but the Oakland Raiders weren’t done with their roster cuts just yet.

On Sunday afternoon, after releasing fourth-round pick Tyler Wilson, punter Chris Kluwe announced on Twitter that his time with the Raiders has come to an end.

Kluwe is a fan favorite for his outspoken nature and his hilarious comments on Twitter, but the team chose to go in a younger direction with their roster.

For Kluwe, this is not the end.

There is always a team out there that is looking to boost their special teams and Kluwe will be one of the top punters available.

He clearly declined near the end of his time with the Minnesota Vikings, but Kluwe has enough left to offer that will be worth giving him a look.
