Report: Buffalo Bills have no interest in quarterback Tim Tebow
By Bryan Rose
With Tim Tebow now out of a job and the Buffalo Bills’ quarterback situation looking as unsettled as an incoming blizzard, common sense would suggest the Bills would show some interest in Tebow, right?
Not hardly.
According to a report from WGR 550, the Buffalo Bills have ‘zero interest’ in Tebow.
Per Joe Buscaglia:
"Per a league source, the #Bills have zero interest in acquiring Tim Tebow."
The Bills appear to be committed to rookie quarterback E.J. Manuel, who is currently recovering from knee surgery though will likely play in the early weeks of the season, assuming there are no setbacks.
Tebow not only brings with him a sub-par game, but an intense media circus that many teams aren’t interested in dealing with.
But given the Bills’ lack of interest, that doesn’t leave many landing spots for Tebow, especially with a saturated market of talented backup quarterback’s.
Outside of Oakland, which makes the Bills quarterback situation look promising, Tebow is going to struggle to latch on.
