Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez pleaded not guilty to killing Odin Lloyd on June 17 near his North Attleborough, Mass., home. Even if he some how gets acquitted in that case, he could have another homicide case waiting right around the corner.

According to the Hartford Courant, police have obtained a video that shows Hernandez at a Boston club at the same time as the two men were shot and killed in their car hours later.

The victims of the double homicide, Daniel Abreu, 29, and Safiro Furtado, 28, were killed while in their car in Boston’s South End. The car they were searching for in connection with the double homicide was a silver Toyota 4 runner. While searching for evidence related to the Odin Lloyd murder in Briston, Conn., they found a car roughly matching that description.

The car was in Hernandez’s uncle’s garage for approximately a year.

Police are also examining a .38-caliber pistol in connection with the 2012 murder after it was found in a Bristol woman’s car involved in a multi-car crash in June.
