The NFC West is arguably the top division in the NFL heading in to the 2013-14 regular season, after the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks continue to add talent to their already deep rosters. Many expect San Francisco and Seattle to be Super Bowl contenders this season, so it comes as no surprise that the Vegas odds makers have the teams listed as co-favorites to take home the division crown.

The St. Louis Rams are also being shown plenty of respect after going out and improving their roster during the offseason, while the Arizona Cardinals are still viewed as longshots to emerge as the top team in such a deep and talented pool.

Here are the odds heading in to the season for the NFC West:

San Francisco 49ers 11/10
Seattle Seahawks 11/10
St. Louis Rams 5/1
Arizona Cardinals 20/1
