Number 11 Georgia bounced back from a big loss last week to Clemson, and faced another powerhouse in number 6 ranked South Carolina, whom everyone believed that the Bulldogs would most definitely be dropping to 0-2, especially the fans. But hold on a minute, the play of quarterback Aaron Murray proved that the Bulldogs can still have a good season and still stay in the rankings.

Today quarterback Aaron Murray may have put his name in the mix of receiving the Heisman trophy, although with a long way to go, should he continue to play this way he surely makes a good case for himself. Murray has been pegged as one not able to win the big game, and it started that way in his first game loss to Clemson coming up just short, but today Murray put up big game winning numbers passing for 309 yards on 17 of 23 and 4 touchdowns, including a big 85 yard touchdown to wide receiver Justin Scott Wesley in the fourth quarter with under 13 minutes to play.

Bulldogs running back Todd Gurley is a stud and showed it in this game rushing for 134 yards on 30 carries and 1 rushing touchdown and 1 receiving.

The two starts of the Bulldogs really showed as stars today and down go another high ranked team.

Star defensive end Jadeveon Clowney was neutralized by the offensive line of the Bulldogs for most of the day and he was really not a factor, that being 2 games in a row of bad play from Clowney, not Heisman worthy at all so far and will be hard for him to catch up to the race.

Bulldogs go on to win the game  41 to 30 and looks to be poised to continue their high powered scoring attack next week.
