The Baltimore Ravens sure wish they had wide receiver Anquan Boldin still. After winning the Super Bowl last year behind a marvelous postseason performance, the Ravens could have kept him for at least one more year.
But the two sides couldn’t agree to a new contract, and the Ravens ended up deciding they wanted Boldin to take a $2 million pay cut, and after he refused, they only got a 6th-round draft pick for him after shipping him to the San Francisco 49ers.
So how did he look in his 49er debut:
Anquan Boldin today for 49ers: 13 catches for 208 yards, one touchdown on 17 targets

Anquan Boldin is oldest WR with 200 receiving yards in Week 1 since Don Maynard in 1968

Boldin is seventh in NFL history with 200-yard receiving games for two teams [Wes Chandler, TO, Plax, Carroll Dale, Lofton, Tommy McDonald]

Needless to say, it looks as the Colin Kaepernick has a new favorite toy with Michael Crabtree out for most of the season.
