Football is back and fans are eager to get the action going. Unfortunately for the players, there are also some jitters that they will need to get past in order to play up to their ability. During the Tennessee Titans at Pittsburgh Steelers match up on Sunday afternoon, the nerves got the best of Tennessee’s special teams.

For Titans kick returner Darius Reynaud, a low driving kick was all it took to confuse him and lead to a score to start the season.

Reynaud took the line drive and fielded the ball before taking a knee, but what he didn’t know what that he had crossed the goal line and it resulted in two points for the Steelers. Who would have guessed the first score of the season would come one second in and be a mental mistake of that nature.

Here is a photo of Reynaud’s big mistake:

What a mistake.

We thought that Danny Trevathon would have the biggest boneheaded mistake of Week One, but Reynaud has given him a run for his money.
