Well folks – the time has come. In just under an hour, the NFL season (sans Opening Night) will kick off and the next five months are going to be football heaven.

Thankfully, with over a week to recover since the preseason concluded, injuries are at a relative minimum so many star players will be on the field.

Make sure you check your fantasy football lineup so you don’t get stuck with an inactive player on your roster – nothing more aggravating than that.

Below are the inactive players for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers – New York Jets game, which is scheduled for a 1 p.m. kickoff.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers:

TE Tom Crabtree, G Carl Nicks, QB Dan Orlovsky, CB Rashaan Melvin, FB Erik Lorig, DT William Gholston, and DT Chris Jones

New York Jets:

QB Mark Sanchez, WR Michael Campbell, OL Ben Ijalana, OL Oday Aboushi, LB/DE Quinton Coples, LB Scott Solomon, and LB Danny Lansanah

Fantasy implications aren’t huge for this game, though, Tom Crabtree and both Mark Sanchez would have been on a few fantasy team rosters if they were healthy.
