ESPN Pac 12 reporter Ted Miller  said on Monday that should Lane Kiffin be let go by USC this season, St. Louis Rams Head Coach Jeff Fisher would “likely be favorite” to replace him.

Would Fisher leave the NFL to head to college, even for a program as well regarded as USC? Fisher, who has spent the past two seasons in St. Louis and coached for six years with the Tennessee Titans, has never coached in the college ranks before.
