When Kendall Wright was knocked out of a starting wide receiver job, there were a lot of unhappy Titans fans – and for good reason.

Even more infuriating was Wright’s lack of playing time during Week One where he played on 19 of 67 offensive snaps.

Of course, the Titans pulled a pretty hefty upset over the Pittsburgh Steelers and were doing everything they could to control the clock, but Wright’s absence from the game still bothered offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains who says he wants to see Wright on the field much more.

Per the Tennessean:

"Titans receiver Kendall Wright led the team in receptions as a rookie, so it came as a bit of a surprise when he was so quiet in Sunday’s season-opening win against the Steelers.Wright had just two catches for 11 yards in the game. He played in only 19 of the team’s 67 offensive snaps.Wright expects to be more involved in the offense in the coming weeks, but said he’s prepared to block if that’s what he’s needed to do on game days. Titans offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains has also said Wright will be more involved moving forward."
