The running back situation continues to get worse for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Second-round draft pick Le’Veon Bell is dealing with a mid-foot sprain and doesn’t seem close to a return, LaRod Stephens-Howling tore his ACL and is out for the season and now Isaac Redman is on the sidelines after being shaken up early in Monday Night Football.

Redman is currently being evaluated by the team’s medical staff for a possible concussion after taking a big hit on the opening kick off of the game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

With Redman out, Felix Jones got the start for the Steelers.

The team is working hard to get the running game going and they opened up the first offensive drives with three straight runs, but it didn’t pay off and the Steelers began the game with a three-and-out.

Pittsburgh was able to get the offense rolling on the second drive, but there is still a lot to be desired from the team’s running back by committee.

Last year’s leading rusher Jonathan Dwyer is also receiving touchdowns when Jones goes out for a breather.
