Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch loves him some candy, but nothing gets him more hyped up than a fresh bag of Skittles.

The NFL veteran hasn’t hidden his love of the chewy, fruit flavored candy, in fact – he’s embarrassed it. His desire of the sweets lead to Mars sending Lynch his own custom Skittles vending machine and a lifetime supply of the candy, which was probably music to the ears of Lynch’s dentist (or more likely cha-ching noises).

It also lead to Lynch having his own custom painted Skittles cleats.

The cleats aren’t exactly new news, but Athlete Swag recently brought back the interest with their tweet during yesterday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers. And judging by the reaction, many never took notice to the custom cleats which saw the NFL fine Lynch.

In the past two weeks, we’ve seen players like A.J. Green of the Cincinnati Bengals wear custom painted cleats (his wear Bengal stripes) and Cam Newton of the Carolina Panthers, who wore Superman cleats. However, these have to take the cake. Or the candy. Or something.
