The Pittsburgh Steelers are off to an 0-2 start after two disappointing losses to the Tennessee Titans and Cincinnati Bengals to kick off the 2013-14 NFL season, but there is a trio of players that are giving fans something to smile about during the rough times.

Three Steelers defenders are taking a ballet class in Pittsburgh and ESPN put together a video that follows the men working on their ballet in the studio.

Steve McClendon, Ziggy Hood and Al Woods are the Steelers defensive linemen that are taking the ballet class to improve their footwork and become lighter on their feet. If you haven’t seen the video yet, it is pretty entertaining to watch the big guys move and it makes us all appreciate that the players are willing to do anything if it can improve their play on the field.

The video also shows an old clip of former Steelers wide receiver Lynn Swann doing his ballet on an episode of Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood.
