With the NFL season still very young and a good 12-14 weeks left in your fantasy football league, there’s still plenty of players available who could drastically affect your team for the remainder of the year. With each passing week, these players will begin to get scooped up, so act now, and get these players on your roster.

Andre Ellington

Rashard Mendenhall has been adequate thus far for the Arizona Cardinals, but with a limited ceiling and a team hoping to be a darkhorse playoff team, they may look to a more explosive option and that player may be rookie RB Andre Ellington, who got six touches and scored on a wide-open wheel route out of the backfield. this week in a 25-21 win over the Detroit Lions, and with

Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians praised Ellington, suggesting that he’s the type of back that can ‘carry the load’.

Make no mistake about it: Ellington won’t be a legitimate option so long as Mendenhall is atop the depth chart, but as injury-prone as he’s been throughout his career, there could be a point when Ellington is the featured back in this offense this year.

Why be the one hoping Ellington’s on the waiver wire when that happens, when you could be the one who already has him on your roster?
