Unless you’re a Houston Texans fan (or obsessed with NFL cheerleaders) you probably weren’t aware that the Texans cheer squad had their own weekly ‘Freestyle Friday’ series.

The ‘Freestyle Friday’ gimmick comes from the television show ‘106th & Park‘, a popular music video countdown show that features two rappers freestyling every Friday. The girls took it upon themselves to create their own version, but instead of rapping, it was freestyle dancing.

Unlike most of their previous ‘freestyles’ though, this particular one had a special guest. Vanilla Ice.

Ice, who was in Houston last weekend performed at Reliant Stadium and apparently decided to help the girls out with their weekly video release.

If dancing cheerleaders are your thing (and I’m guessing they are) or you’re itching to hear Ice, Ice, Baby for about the ninth million time in your life (which again, I’m guessing you are) fire up the video below.

Ice doesn’t make his grand entrance until the final minute or so of the video, but the girls, who create a Soul Train type line do plenty enough to keep you entertained up until that point.
