Hispanic Heritage Month is in full swing and ESPN took the time to sit down with Victor Cruz and discuss some of his upbringing and how that has shaped him to be the person and player that he is today.

It was an interesting insight into his background and highlighted how close he was with his Puerto Rican grandmother and how she is the one that is responsible for teaching him how to salsa dance at a young age.

The touchdown dance that Cruz has is definitely unique. Fortunately for him and for Giants fans, Cruz only seems to be getting better and has had more and more opportunities to perfect his dance as he has already made it to the endzone a few times this season.

Cruz has been a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating early season start for the G-Men as they have dropped their first 2 games of the year. I, for one, am hoping that he continues to progress as a receiver. He is fun to watch and looks like he is having a great time when he is out there. I always enjoy watching athletes who look like they are having fun playing the game. Cruz is no exception.
