Reggie Bush returns to Detroit Lions practice
By Josh Sanchez
When Detroit Lions running back Reggie Bush went down in the second quarter of the team’s Week 2 match up against the Arizona Cardinals, fans and fantasy owners held their collective breath to see how severe the injury would be.
Luckily, Bush avoided a serious knee injury, but he was absent from the team’s practice. However, that all changed on Friday.
According to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press, Bush returned to practice today.
Bush has been optimistic that he could suit up for the Lions in Week 3, so this is obviously an encouraging sign.
Barring a setback during the practice or any swelling afterwards, you can expect Bush to take the field when the Lions line up against the Washington Redskins poor defense.
If Bush is limited, that would mean a bigger role for back up Joique Bell in Week 3.
