The Green Bay Packers are off to a rough start against the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals marched 80 yards down the field to score on the opening drive behind a 3 yard touchdown from Giovani Bernard.

On the following kick off the Packers’ kick returner fumbled the kick off and that allowed the Bengals to recover the kick off on the two yard line. Benjarvus Green-Ellis scored on the following play to give the Bengals an early 14-0 lead over the Packers.

There isn’t a whole lot of security in a 14-0 lead against the Packers. Aaron Rodgers could lead a comeback easily but it definitely is a solid starting point for the Bengals. All they have to do is hold on and keep the lead and hope their defense can keep this Packers offense in check.

Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton has performed well completing 4 of 5 passes for 53 yards. Green-Ellis has carried the ball 5 times for 23 yards including that touchdown run.

Wide receiver Mohamed Sanu has been the man so far with three catches out of three targets for 45 yards.
