Quarterback Robert Griffin III and the Washington Redskins rough start to the season continues. Right now they’re losing 20-17 in the fourth quarter and RG3 isn’t winning over any of those fans calling for Kirk Cousins to start.

His stat line isn’t horrendous, he has completed 23 of 34 passes for 233 yards. He hasn’t thrown for any touchdowns and does have on interception. He has also rushed six times for 37 yards, and unfortunately that includes yet another turn over. On a scamper down field in the fourth quarter RG3 fell forward trying to dive or slide and fumbled the ball.

That fumble gave the Lions the ball, which they marched down the field and turned into a field goal to give them a three-point lead.

[UPDATE]: The Detroit Lions have scored again, an eleven-yard pass from Matthew Stafford to Calvin Johnson has given the Lions are 1 point lead with 4 minutes left in the game. It looks like the Redskins are headed to an 0-3 start this season.
