The Washington Redskins continue to stick with talented quarterback Robert Griffin, though, despite their shrugging shoulders when pressed about Griffin’s struggles, wide receiver Pierre Garcon held back no words when speaking about Griffin.

Garcon, who’s no stranger to injury himself suggested that Griffin is ‘not healthy, obviously’ and that he’s ‘a lot different’ from his rookie season.

Per the Washington Post:

"For a second straight week, Garcon spoke candidly about Griffin’s play as the quarterback returns from knee surgery in January.“He’s not fully healthy, obviously,” Garcon said at Redskins Park. “He’s running a little bit more. But last year’s RGIII was a lot different from this year’s RG because of his knee. It’s not surprising. We’ve been talking about it the whole offseason. It’s the same question every day on Monday. We can find something else to talk about.”"

Garcon’s words came across a bit abrasive considering the candidness of them, though, I don’t believe that’s where he was going – he was simply stating the obvious. RGIII isn’t playing like the RGIII we saw last year and considering his injuries, that’s pretty understandable.
