The Arizona Cardinals were hit with significant loss on Sunday, when one of their top pas-rushers, Lorenzo Alexander and Sam Acho, were lost to season-ending injuries.

Yesterday, they signed defensive end Dontay Moch from their practice squad to help ease the loss.

Today, they’ve filled his spot on the PS by bringing in undrafted rookie linebacker Bruce Taylor, who spent this past training camp with the Cincinnati Bengals before ultimately being cut during the final roster cutdown.

As a senior, Taylor started in 12 games and racked up 76 tackles (10.5 for loss) and 5.5 sacks. He was named a honorable mention to the Coaches All-ACC team for the second consecutive year.

Taylor enjoyed a fine career at Tech, but he never lived up to expectations after a breakout 2010 campaign in which he posted 91 tackles, including 15.5 tackles for loss and six sacks. His junior year was plagued by a Lisfranc injury robbed him of the final four games and he never realized his full potential.
