This season could very well be the last time we will see Luol Deng in a Chicago Bulls uniform. Though it”s too early to call, earlier on in the year Deng was upset with the Chicago Bulls.

Right now he’s just focused on this upcoming season instead of where he might end up next. This very well could be his last chance to win a championship with Chicago, unless they manage to re-sign him after the season is over.

General manager Gar Forman recently sat down with Luol Deng and said that the forward is currently in a good place both mentally and physically. Which is pretty good considering where they stand when it comes to a new contract.

Chicago is looking to get back to it’s top form now that Derrick Rose is once again in the starting lineup. If Deng can continue his style of play and be able to put up a decent amount of points, he should be able to get the deal he’s looking for.

The only problem is, Derrick Rose is back so he won’t get as many shot attempts as he did last season.
