I’ve always been a fan of Jordan Hill. The way he plays the game is exactly how every big man in this league should play.

His hustle, rebounding and ability to get to the free thrown line amazes me. I fully expect Hill to have a big season despite coming off of that hip injury.

Hearing him say that is a little concerning, you never want an athlete to pick up an injury that will stick with them for life. But him saying that nothing is wrong and it shouldn’t affect how he plays just shows you how determined this kid is to be the best in the league.

Now when it comes to the five position for this team, a big hole was quickly quickly patched up when Dwight Howard departed. Hill was also asked about what could happen defensively after losing Howard and Metta World Peace, but talked up the rest of the team like a good teammate should.

Hill will battle Kaman for the starting Center position, either way both players should do a great job.
