Tennessee Titans general manager says he’s received some calls for Kenny Britt

I don’t know about anybody else but, this picture is pretty awesome. All I can hear in my head right now is ‘Weeeeeeeeee’.

Anyways, I got distracted sorry. Just a couple weeks ago news broke about the Tennessee Titans being open to listening to offers in regards to wide receiver Kenny Britt. Britt who hasn’t been much of an offensive threat this season for the Titans, could end up fitting in somewhere else.

According to Paul Kuharsky on Twitter, Tennessee Titans general manager Ruston Webster says that he has received “a call or two” about Britt’s availability. The teams haven’t been listed yet, but I’m sure I know a couple of teams who could use him.

For instance the Pittsburgh Steelers, Detroit Lions, Arizona Cardinals and Buffalo Bills could possibly use him. Britt has only recorded five receptions for 43 receiving yards, so the asking price for him shouldn’t be all that high. Maybe a late sixth or seventh round pick could do the trick.

But right now it remains to be seen if the Titans will be willing to trade Britt. If they are looking to improve their team and feel comfortable with the rest of the receiving corp, they could pick up a draft pick and look towards the future.
