Thanks to the Oakland Athletics, who are scheduled to play the Detroit Tigers on Saturday, the originally scheduled afternoon game between the San Diego Chargers and Oakland Raiders will be moved to 11:35 pm ET.

As the lone stadium that still supports baseball and football, the Oakland grounds crew will have quite a mighty test awaiting them.

Also awaiting a mighty test will be San Diego Chargers linebacker Manti Te’o, who will be making his first ever appearance in Oakland, which will be far from welcoming.

According to Twitter user Oaklandraida84, the following banner will be displayed proudly in the famed ‘Black Hole’:

The Chargers and Raiders weren’t originally scheduled to be a national game, however, thanks to the schedule move NFL Network is picking up the game which should get plenty of eyes on the banner.

As you’ll recall, Te’o was ‘catfished’ (somebody pretending to be a false identity, in this case a fake woman) by a male associate during his time at Notre Dame, though some have suggested Te’o was in on the hoax, or at least knew more than he was leading on.

Clearly, it’s going to be an event that will haunt him wherever he goes, though in fairness to Te’o, he seems to be taking it all in stride.
