There are still three minutes left in the first quarter and the Dallas Cowboys are already up 14-0 against the Denver Broncos. Ahead of the game it is doubtful anyone thought the Cowboys would be leading 14-0 as the first quarter wound down.

The Cowboys got the ball first and drove down the field. Tony Romo completed the first five passes he threw to five different receivers. After getting within two yards of the end zone, Romo completed the fifth of those passes to Dez Bryant

Bryant was spread out wide left and ran across the end zone. Romo threw the ball a little behind Dez and he reached back and caught it. Bryant does a great job of keeping his feet in bounds and it was ruled a touchdown.

The Cowboys are off to the start they had hoped for.

[UPDATE]: The Broncos have since scored and made it 14-7 with just over two minutes left in the first game. Lots of points are probably yet to come, it could be an entertaining game to watch.
