Well once again, Chicago starts off sloppy but slowly starts to get things going late in the game.

Chicago’s offensive line once fell apart for the second straight game which lead to another fumble by Jay Cutler in the first quarter which led to a field goal. Top performers from today’s game actually involve three Chicago Bears. Despite Graham’s fourth consecutive 100+ yard game, Chicago Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffery picked up nearly 220 yards receiving and pulled in two touchdowns. Cutler passed for 358 yards and two touchdowns as he completed 24 of 33 attempts. Forte picked up 55 rushing yards on 12 carries and 40 yards on four receptions.

Drew Brees finished the game 29 of 35 for 288 yards and two touchdowns with zero interceptions. Pierre Thomas stepped up and picked up two receiving touchdowns with 55 yards receiving. Jimmy Graham picked up 135 receiving yards on 10 receptions but failed to get into the end zone.

Next up for the Chicago Bears are the New York Giants on Thursday night in Chicago. They’re going to need to get things back together and quick with only having three days to prepare for the Giants. Eli has struggled this season but when things are clicking, he’s able to pick defenses apart just like his brother.

As for the New Orleans Saints, they’ll be on the road once again and take on Tom Brady and his Patriots. The Patriots fell to the Cincinnati Bengals today as Brady failed to throw a touchdown pass to continue his streak of 52 consecutive games with a touchdown.
