The Baltimore Ravens need some help at wide receiver. They played this past Sunday with just three active wide receivers: Torrey Smith, Tandon Doss and Deonte Thomas. The Ravens re-signed wide receiver Brandon Stokley and could be getting back wide receiver and kick return specialist Jacoby Jones.

From the Baltimore Sun:

"Ravens kick returner and wide receiver Jacoby Jones, who missed his fourth consecutive game Sunday with a sprained medial collateral ligament in his right knee after returning to practice on a limited basis last week."

Jones only has 3 catches from his brief appearance in the season opener for 24 yards. Smith has shouldered the loud for the most part. He has 27 catches for 556 yards and 1 touchdown.

It is impressive that the Ravens offense has hummed along given the injuries they’ve sustained. Their passing offense is ranked 14th in the league with 253 yards per game. The ground game is still trying to get going however.

On Sunday the Ravens take on the Green Bay Packers who have a top 5 run defense but struggle against the pass. Their pass defense ranks 26th in the league with an average of 288.8 yards per game.
