Buffalo Bills WR Stevie Johnson misses practice for death in family
By Jason Marcum
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnson was excused from practice Wednesday due to a death in the family, head coach Doug Marrone announced.
ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter reports that Johnson will also miss Thursday’s practice, but return to practice Friday:
He’s also dealing with a bad back that forced him from last Thursday’s loss to the Cleveland Browns, and if he’s unable to play this week vs the Cincinnati Bengals, the Bills will be without their starting QB and their leading receiver.
