You probably wouldn’t know it if you watched ESPN, but some guy named Tim Tebow played for the New York Jets last year. It was kind of a small story, one not picked up by many major media outlets, but it happened.

Speaking with the media on Wednesday, New York Jets guard Willie Colon, previously a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers, talked about how the Jets are more focused without the constant Tebow drama:

"They care about winning and they care about being a better franchise, and not being a circus group. I think having the Tim Tebow circus out of here, and having different things that were kind of holding this team back, are starting to go out the window. I think we’re all starting to care about football and only football, which is a good sight to see (ESPN)."

Colon will get a shot against his former team on Sunday when the 0-4 Pittsburgh Steelers come into town to take on the 3-2 Jets. If Colon ends up making a big play, I truly hope he “Tebows” in celebration. (Tebowing is still cool, right?)
