Some great news has come across the news desk for the San Diego Chargers as left tackle King Dunlap has been cleared to resume practicing and could start on Monday against the Indianapolis Colts.

The Chargers recently put left tackle Mike Harris on the injured reserve with an ankle injury. This team started off strong but has slightly gone hill as they have been plagued with injuries the entire year.

Dunlap hasn’t been the greatest blocker on this offensive line, but he hasn’t been the worst either. It should be somewhat of an improvement to have this monster of a man back on this offense line.

Running back Ryan Mathews is still waiting to be cleared from his concussion and was held out of today’s practice. It gives him an extra day to get healthy and can still be cleared tomorrow in time for Monday’s game.

He may not be able to suit up, so the snaps could go to Danny Woodhead, with whatever’s left going to Ronnie Brown.
