The Auburn Tigers annual football spring game is called “A-Day”, and it is one of the most famous spring games around the country. Top recruits flock to watch the storied SEC program take the field, and Auburn usually makes a huge impression on its recruits due to all the fans gathering to watch new players and get their hopes up for another college football season- that is months away- in the spring.

According to the Opelika-Auburn News, the Auburn Tigers have announced that A-Day will take place on the 19th of April next year, and it promises to be a jam-packed day for Auburn athletics. The Tigers will also have an SEC baseball game against the South Carolina Gamecocks that day, and the track team will be competing in the War Eagle Invitational. As for the kick-off time at Jordan-Hare Stadium on the 19th of April, that and more information will be released at a “later date”.

Since the spring game is all about recruiting and the 2014 class will have already been completed by then, let’s take a brief, early look at what the Auburn Tigers are doing in the 2015 recruiting class. They currently have on commitment, and it is an important one in four-star, pro-style QB Tyler Queen, who hails from Georgia and is one of the top 25o recruits in the 2015 class.

Watch for the following 2015 Auburn recruits with offers: top 50 recruit Kerryon Johnson, four-star RB Eric Swinney, four-star Orlando TE Garrett Williams, arguably the top recruit in the country in Mitchell Hyatt, four-star OTs Tyler Carr and Garrett Thomas, four-star pass rushers Arden Key and Austin Bryant, blue-chip DTs Daron Payne and Trent Thompson, and elite LB Jeffery Holland.
