Today the No. 12 South Carolina Gamecocks travel to Arkansas to take on the Razorbacks. Star defensive player, Jadeveon Clowney, is at the stadium and appears ready to play. On ESPN College GameDay aired an interview with Steve Spurrier saying he was unsure if he would start today.
Another interesting bit of information they shared was that Clowney didn’t ride on the team bus to the stadium in Fayetteville. It led to an interesting debate and a lot of confusion about how Clowney got to the game.
Desmond Howard asked if he drove himself, Fowler said he took a taxi. Whether that was serious or not, I don’t know. They even joked that Clowney was thrown under the bus, but wasn’t allowed to ride on it.
It certainly is an interesting considering how messy this situation and Spurrier-Clowney relationship got this week. There was a lot of back and forth and backtracking surrounding Spurrier’s comments about Clowney and his decision to sit out last weekened.
There are potentially several legitimate reasons why he didn’t ride the bus. For instance, Clowney got to the facilities early or he was receiving extra treatment for his injury.

Apparently GameDay reported Jadeveon Clowney didn't ride the team bus to the stadium. Not that I, or you, or anyone, should care.

Jadeveon Clowney has made the trip to Arkansas. He's wearing white headphones as he walks the field with his #Gamecocks teammates.

[UPDATE]: Gamecocks reporter for The Post & Courier in Charleston is reporting that reports that Clowney didn’t ride the team bus are false.
Jadeveon Clowney did ride the bus to the stadium with the rest of his team. He's not a petulant, spoiled star. Carry on now.

Chris Fowler saying on GameDay that Jadeveon Clowney did not ride the team bus today. The @JoshatTheState saying otherwise.
