One of the most entertaining players in the NFL might be Detroit Lions tight end Joseph Fauria. His touchdown celebrations are becoming the things of legend. Earlier this season he celebrated a touchdown by acting out N’Sync’s “Bye, Bye, Bye” dance and this one from Week 1.

On his first catch today, Fauria scored a touchdown with a one-yard reception. As expected his touchdown dance was entertaining. To me it looks very similar to the “Bye, Bye, Bye” dance. Hand on his hip, jumping around in a circle, hand making a gesture.

The difference is that gesture, he’s doing some push off kind of motion. I don’t know what this is, but it made me chuckle. I’m assuming this has to have been derived from something that I’m just not cool enough to know about.

All I know is that I want the Lions to keep feeding him the ball to see how far his creativity goes. It is his third touchdown of the season. he has caught 4 passes for 32 yards coming into today’s game.
