Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald is 50-50 at best for the game against the San Francisco 49ers today according to Jay Glazer of FOX Sports. Fitzgerald has been dealing with a hamstring injury and was listed as questionable before for the game but practiced fully on Friday, a good sign.

That comes after a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter that was less optimistic. Schefted said that he had “bad vibes” about Fitzgerald’s status today and things that he could miss the game.

Quarterback Carson Palmer and the Cardinals could use Fitzgerald back for this match up. The 49ers have one of the league’s best pass-defenses in the league. They’re ranked 2nd by ESPN and have only allowed 188.8 yards per game. The Cardinals pass attack is in the bottom half of the league and they need all decks.

Not starting him might have to be the option. Since he plays the later game, if you start him and he doesn’t play you’ll probably miss an opportunity to sub him if your back ups have played in the 1 pm games.
