The Arizona Cardinals are preparing for a big Week 6 match up against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday afternoon, but they could be without their biggest offensive weapon — wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald.
Unforunately for the Cardinals and fantasy owners, it looks like the short week ahead could cause Fitzgerald to be ruled as an inactive for today’s game.
From Adam Schefter of ESPN:
Nothing official on WR Larry Fitzgerald's status until later, but some bad vibes about his status with Cardinals playing again Thursday.

Losing Fitzgerald would leave and obvious hole at wide receiver for the Cardinals, so they would need to dig deep and find someone that is capable of stepping up.
There are still a few hours until the Cardinals will rule their official inactives for today’s game, so keep a close eye out on Fitzgerald’s status if you are considering placing him in your starting line up.
In the mean time, go ahead and grab Andre Roberts, who will be the man stepping in to the starting role if Fitzgerald can’t go.
