The Jacksonville Jaguars will be searching for their first win of the 2013-14 NFL regular season, but there were some concerns that they could be without their top two receiving threats due to injury.

Cecil Shorts (sprained sternoclavicular joint) and Justin Blackmon (hamstring) were both listed as questionable heading in to the match up against the San Diego Chargers, but each wide receiver remained confident and told reporters at the end of last week that they will be able to go.

Today, the reports were confirmed as the expectation is for both of the men to suit up and take the field for the Jags offense.

With Shorts and Blackmon both on the field, the Jaguars should be able to take advantage of a very poor Chargers defensive backfield.

It is one of the rare match ups that benefits the Jaguars, so we will have to see if they can do something with their advantage.

If they can, the Jaguars could fill the upset role and knock off the Chargers today.
