The Buffalo Bills got some good news today. Wide receiver Steve Johnson and running back C.J. Spiller are both expected to play today according to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

C.J. Spiller played a limited role last week, carrying the ball 10 times for 55 yards. He also caught two passes for 11 yards. Through 6 games this season, Spiller has carried the ball 84 times for 351 yards and a touchdown.

Spiller has played through an ankle injury, but should be closer to full strength today. Wide receiver Steve Johnson has struggled through a back injury.

Johnson has caught 20 passes for 254 and two touchdowns this season. One of those touchdown passes was a game winning score against the Carolina Panthers earlier in the season.

You could argue that these two are the biggest playmakers for the Buffalo Bills offense. Having them back is huge for the Bills offense. Thad Lewis is expected to make his second start, even though the Bills signed Matt Flynn last week.
