Ladies and gentlemen, prepare to get your Gronk on. For the first time this season, New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski will be active and take the field to show how he has recovered from an offseason that was filled with arm and back surgeries.

The belief over the past few days was that Gronkowski would play after receiving medical clearance, and with the official inactives list being released today, it was confirmed when Gronk was listed as active.

It will be the first time that Tom Brady is able to have his most reliable target on the field, so the Patriots offense could finally resemble what we are used to seeing.

For the New York Jets, their defense better prepare for a tough test.

You can expect Brady to go to Gronkowski early and often to help him get comfortable, which is great news for fantasy football owners who have been stashing Gronkowski throughout the first six weeks and eagerly awaiting the moment that he would return to action.
